At Wayline, we’re building AI voice operators that handle leasing, maintenance, and tenant communication for thousands of rental units.
We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer who doesn’t just design—but builds, ships, and obsesses over product quality end-to-end.
This is not a Figma-only role.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end product experience across voice, UI, and workflows
- Design and ship AI-native interfaces where humans and agents interact seamlessly
- Use tools like Claude Code to go from idea → production (not just prototypes)
- Define product architecture, interaction patterns, and system design
- Obsess over speed, clarity, and beauty in every detail
What we’re looking for
- Exceptional UX judgment — you simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences
- Strong visual design taste — you care deeply about how software feels
- Experience shipping real product (not just mocks or prototypes)
- Comfortable using AI tools to build (React / web stack + Claude Code)
- Deep interest in AI × human interaction design (agents, copilots, automation)
- Obsessed with design systems
Bonus:
- Experience with dev tools, internal tools, or workflow-heavy products
- Experience designing for AI systems, copilots, or conversational interfaces
