Closure is an intentionally tight-knit team of ambitious ex-Palantir and ex-IDF engineers and operators. We operate with a high speed, high integrity, and high autonomy, backed by reputable investors including Y Combinator, CRV, Hawktail, Commonweal, and others.

Role Description: Founding Product Designer

We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to work directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding team to drive product experience across Closure’s rapidly growing user base.

This is a true builder role, requiring depth in both UXR/D; everybody on our team is shipping something, often with support from AI, and always in direct-contact with our users.

This is not a back-office, armchair philosopher, or support function: this is core to our product integrity and vision. First-principles thinking about ideal user experiences is a must, but must be met with execution.

Your work matters; little change you make have the capacity to improve public safety, protect the innocent, and drive real outcomes.

• Primary: New York City
• Secondary Option: San Francisco Bay Area
• Ability to travel will be critical

  • Salary: $125k-$185k, with potential for significant adjustments based on experience and ability
