Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)

We’re hiring founding engineers to help build the infrastructure behind the next generation of B2B software. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll work directly with the founders to shape the product, the company, and the way healthcare and staffing operations are run.

• Ship fast, talk to customers, and build at the frontier of AI-native software.
• Work across the stack — from re-architecting ML forecasting systems to delivering elegant user-facing features.
• Build the platform infrastructure that allows AI to generate customer-specific apps, reports, and workflows.
• Help define engineering culture and grow the team.
