I’m hiring a founding AE at Maintouch.

- Maintouch builds AI agents to automate the trillion-dollar marketing agency industry.
- We’ve grown insanely fast in the last 9 months (can share numbers privately), and power the growth systems for nearly 50+ of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
- Marketing is a series of micro-decisions based on responses to data. Maintouch connects to all your marketing data sources to plan and execute growth strategies like an expert would.
- I (founder) grew up working at my family’s marketing agency. We’re taking those learnings to automate all that work.
- Lean team of 8. Ex-founders and experts working in person in SoHo, NYC.

What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end. Prospecting, outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, close. The whole thing is yours.
- Build pipeline from scratch. Cold outbound, warm inbound, creative angles — whatever it takes. You're not waiting around for leads to show up.
- Run demos that actually land. You'll understand the product deeply enough to show founders exactly how Maintouch solves their #1 problem.
- Help build the sales machine. Document what works, kill what doesn't. Turn scrappy founder-led selling into a repeatable, scalable motion.
- Work directly with the founder and marketing to sharpen positioning, refine ICP, and figure out what messaging converts.
- Talk to customers constantly. You're the closest person to the market. Feed insights back into product, marketing, and everything we do.
- Close deals that directly generate millions in pipeline a month. This isn't a "build relationships and check in quarterly" role. You will be closing a lot.
What we’re looking for
- Has sold into startups or SMBs and knows how to move fast with founders who don't have time to waste.
- Proven closer. You have a track record of hitting and exceeding quota, and you can show it.
- Comfortable sourcing your own pipeline. You don't need a BDR team or a marketing machine to hit your number.
- Genuinely curious about AI and what it's doing to marketing. You don't need to be technical, but you need to get it and get excited about it.
- Absolute grinder.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Has worked at a high-growth startup and thrived in the chaos.
