About the Role: You will own day-to-day finance operations at GoSats - bookkeeping, monthly close, GST, TDS, payroll, vendor payments, audit prep, and financial reporting. You will maintain audit-ready books and prepare the company for any future diligence. You will manage relationships with chartered accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years as a Finance Controller, Senior Manager Finance, or AVP Finance
- CA qualified or equivalent (CPA, CMA acceptable)
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or NetSuite
- Deep knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, FEMA
- Experience preparing for due diligence (Series A or B)
- Familiarity with international entities (Singapore, US) and cross-border transactions
Bonus:
- Has taken a startup through a funding round diligence
- Experience with payment industry / fintech financial reporting
- Familiarity with crypto/digital asset accounting
