Role Summary:
Responsible for generating upsell opportunities, keeping customers informed on order status, and identifying new association-level sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for upselling additional services.
- Explain upsell offerings clearly and convert leads into sales.
- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of upsell orders.
- Maintain accurate records of upsell activities and customer interactions.
- Identify and approach new apartment associations for potential sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of upsell services.
