About the Role: You will own the entire user lifecycle communication strategy - push notifications, in-app messaging, WhatsApp campaigns, email, and SMS. You will design event-triggered flows in MoEngage to convert signups to KYC, KYC to first transaction, and one-time users to repeat customers.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing at a consumer fintech or app
- Deep hands-on with MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, or WebEngage
- Has built and optimized WhatsApp Business API campaigns (template management, BSP integration)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, cohort flows, and personalization
- Comfort working with WhatsApp templates, Meta categories, and compliance
- Solid analytical skills - lives in Mixpanel/Amplitude
