About the Role
Flint is a fast-growing Series A company on track to scale 4× this year. We are hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s right hand and help build the company’s internal operating engine. This role sits at the intersection of talent, finance, and strategy.
This is a high-impact role for a top-tier operator seeking broad exposure, meaningful ownership, and a long-term leadership path.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Recruiting
- Build and scale Flint’s end-to-end talent acquisition engine
- Design repeatable sourcing, screening, and hiring systems
- Lead workforce planning alongside leadership
People Operations & Compliance
- Build and manage core HR processes, policies, and onboarding
- Own corporate compliance across entities and jurisdictions
- Maintain governance and internal controls
Finance, Planning & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly investor updates
- Build and maintain financial forecasts and operating models
- Support fundraising and strategic planning
Revenue Operations & Automation
- Build and manage invoicing and billing automation
- Improve collections, reconciliation, and reporting
- Reduce manual workflows through systems and tooling
Executive Support & Team Leadership
- Drive cross-functional execution on CEO priorities
- Manage and develop operational associates
- Systematize recurring and lower-level workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations, consulting, finance, or startup leadership
- Experience building systems in fast-growing environments
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of HR and compliance frameworks
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with full ownership
