Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff (CoS) position at SiPhox is a fast-paced executive role. As the CoS, your goal is to be the key partner or stand-in replacement for the CEO in critical functions, including fundraising, business development, hiring, internal and external comms, and general company building.

Ideal backgrounds are high-pressure consulting or startup roles. Significant equity and founder-level responsibilities + workload.
