Job Description
Chariot is building the payment network for charitable giving that connects every donor, nonprofit, and platform. We already have tens of thousands of nonprofits, dozens of DAF providers and fundraising platforms, and hundreds of millions of dollars moved… and we’re just getting started. As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the force multiplier for the founders, turning the company’s key goals into clear plans, execution, and measurable outcomes.
If you’re looking for a Chief of Staff job that is mostly note-taking, scheduling, “stakeholder management,” and writing memos, do not apply. You will not be happy here.
But if you want to roll up your sleeves, work directly with leadership, build the operating system of the company, and be progressed as far as your aptitude and ability allows, this might be the right fit. We move fast, ship a lot, and we care a lot about taste and quality - because nonprofits and donors deserve it.
You will run company cadence, push cross-functional initiatives over the line, and build systems that scale. You’ll also take ownership of the “unowned” things that matter: talent strategy, onboarding processes, internal tooling, and whatever else is the top priority that quarter. To learn more about Chariot’s hiring philosophy see this page in our handbook.

- You're a doer and a manager. You can operate on the ground floor and at the 10,000 foot view without losing the forest for the trees.
- You’re a deep listener but can also speak up for what you think, particularly in an environment with executive leadership.
