About the Role

RealRoots is hiring a Business Ops Manager to help scale operations and marketing at an early-stage startup, from working directly with users to building processes that serve thousands today (millions tomorrow). You'll be joining a team of 4, so you'll be working directly with both founders on a daily level, and have prime opportunities for growth as the company grows. This is a SF-based, in-person role.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a related role, solving both complex human and system problems
• analytical, systems-thinking orientation
• 4 year undergraduate degree
• High creative skills and user empathy
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
• High-mission alignment
• Ability to learn new skills quickly

Nice-to-haves:

• Being a former founder is a plus
• Experience working at a fast-paced, early-stage startup
• Past experience with social media growth and ad creatives
• Familiarity with no-code tools (airtable, zapier, etc.)
• Familiarity with how software is built
• Detail-oriented

Salary: ~$100K, with healthcare benefits and .5% equity
