Why we need you
In the past year, GovEagle has been rapidly scaling and the demand has now outstripped our small sales team. We’re looking for a hunter-closer who can own the full cycle today and help design the GTM engine that takes us to beyond $10M in ARR.
What you’ll do

Create pipeline – Build targeted outbound campaigns to BD & proposal leaders at GovCon firms while working the steady inbound flow from conferences, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Run tight deals – Lead discovery, product demos, solution mapping, and pricing for $20k–$70k+ ACV SaaS subscriptions (annual / multi-year).

Navigate procurement – Guide prospects through FAR-driven vendor setups, security questionnaires, and ITAR/FedRAMP concerns.

Close & expand – Land new logos, then drive usage and upsells across additional seats, modules, and business units.

Build the machine – Write sequences, craft collateral, instrument CRM, and codify repeatable playbooks for future AEs and SDRs.

Support onboarding - Stay engaged through first 30 days to ensure activation and set up expansion conversations
We’ll click if you…
- Have 2-4 yrs quota-carrying success closing SMB/mid-market SaaS ($20k-$70k ACV). GovTech, compliance, or security software a plus.
- Are equally lethal with cold outreach and warm referrals—you manufacture pipeline, you don’t wait for it.
- Can speak credibly to C-suite execs and proposal managers; you map power, quantify value, and push deals across the finish line.
- Thrive in ambiguity: you draft your own decks, iterate weekly, and chase feedback.

U.S. citizen able to discuss controlled, export-restricted workflows with customers.
- Understand the government contracting landscape and vertical AI software
What success looks like in your first year
Month 1-2
- Full mastery of GovEagle demo, objection handling, and GovCon buying journey; $1M pipeline built
Month 3-6
- First $500k in closed ARR; outbound sequences and discovery framework documented
