Overview
Overview
The $350 free Google Cloud credits can be used for a variety of purposes to explore and experiment with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Here are some examples:
- Trying out GCP services: You can use the credits to test drive various GCP services, such as Compute Engine (virtual machines), Cloud Storage (file storage), Cloud Functions (serverless functions), and BigQuery (data warehousing). This allows you to see if GCP meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.
- Developing and deploying applications: You can use the credits to build and deploy small to medium-sized applications on GCP. This could be a personal project, a prototype for a business idea, or a small-scale web application.
- Learning and training: GCP offers a variety of learning resources, including hands-on labs and tutorials. You can use the credits to cover the costs associated with running these resources and practicing your cloud skills.
Who's eligible
- Can only be claimed once.
- Can't be used if a similar (or greater) credits package has been applied.
