- Waterfall/agile methodologies with milestones & sprint planning
- resource (capacity) planning
- Scrum master within feature teams of 3-8 members
- ensuring deliverables are completed on a timely manner
- identifying dependancies/blockers w/ individual or team problem-solving skills
- aligning sprint planning in relations to High-level project objectives
- Advise teams of risk-averse tasks and notify PM
