Westbridge Capital is a private equity firm looking to acquire stable, profitable businesses.

To ensure a long-term alignment of interests, we often structure our deals with management having significant ownership in the companies they operate.

We focus on acquiring companies that have quality management and stability of earnings. Westbridge is industry agnostic, but we tend to focus on more predictable industries. We look for companies with a long operating history and $2M - $20M in EBITDA.
