Vision Capital Principal Finance offers flexible financings up to $500m across the capital structure and invests in secondary market opportunities. Mainly for investors in private equity; value creation, liquidity and other strategic objectives can be enabled even in complex situations.

Through its Private Equity activities, Vision Capital has invested in over 50 companies, executing over 100 transactions since 1997. With an emphasis on active ownership and control, we build and improve robust businesses through acquisitions and strategic investment, in partnership with talented management teams and fellow shareholders.
