Virtual Employee came into being to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across North America and Europe set up offshore offices in India and provide them cost-effective solutions. They can set up their own offshore office in India with just one employee and ZERO investment cost, and scale their team up/down as needed.
WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT: We are an online employee supermarket – an SME can hire anyone in any domain or industry. With us, a client is not really outsourcing, but retains full control over both their work and their employee, who works exactly like an in-house resource. We look into the employee’s overhead costs on behalf of the client, such as dealing with HR, Accounts, IT Support, management, etc. Our flexible model allows you to experiment.
