 Create and configure domain users & mail accounts, groups, OUs and group policies.
 Handling issues protel, pos, call log tiger system, booking system etc...
 Providing IT support to staying guests at hotel.
 Configuring clients with Microsoft outlook for e-mail services.
 Office 365 User & Management Administration
 Managed Biometrics and Access Control system with time attendance.
 Configuring and Maintained IPTV & IP Phones.
 Configuring, managing and troubleshooting issues with network printers, scanner, photocopier, projector, PCs, laptops and other peripherals
 Installed, Configured & troubleshooting of antivirus (McAfee, TrendMicro)
 Maintain detailed and up-to-date licenses and hardware/software inventory
 Take over all ownership of all user calls logged, ensuring resolution of calls within SLA.
 Remote Server Administration through SCCM, Remote Utilities, TeamViewer, Any desk etc.
 Involved in Disaster Recovery activity co-coordinating with various teams.
 Responsible to take Full & Differential back up in ADS on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.
 Handling Restoration for the File Server, SQL Server, using Symantec Backup
 Administering the file shares, disk quotas & print servers
 Monitoring the server's disk space, memory & CPU utilization & critical Events.
 Familiarity with RAID Array technologies.
 Managing, Monitoring virtual machines on Microsoft Hyper-V servers.
 Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 Administration
 Managing the AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS,OU, Group Policies
 All the new Software’s / Hardware’s / Upgrades / Patches / Service Packs are tested
