About The Green Baker
The Green Baker is a life-long passion of recipe development and healthy food prep. The overarching food philosophy is simple: Nutritious food should taste good and make you feel good, plus feeding your body well paves the way to stronger immunity and an abundance of energy.
Expect the food to be 80% free of refined sugar and natural fruit and sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup, agave and molasses used in all the recipes from the TGB kitchen. The belief is that the best ingredients should be untainted and pure, crafted into food that encompasses an extraordinary spectrum of flavors. That’s where the “Green” in The Green Baker came about.
