I am an Indian Citizen currently working in Manila as an expatriate since June 2017 for ANZ Bank. I have spent around 3 years working in Manila consisting of current assignment and in 2014. I have total of 17 years of work experience .Since June 2017 I am working as a Financial Controller looking after the Institutional division of ANZ in Manila where the work has been offshored. Institutional division of ANZ has presence in 18 countries (primarily in Asia). Institutional team in Manila supports 15 countries. The team is a mix of professional accountants (CPA) and Finance graduates. It is a large team of 40 staff. My stakeholder engagement is across countries (CFO’s & Controllers) and Regional contacts. I have two reporting lines, head of Manila Financial Control and Divisional Financial Controller (Institutional) Melbourne. The processes consists of Transaction Banking, Loans and Specialized Finance and Markets

Most of my time is spent in simultaneously managing, key BAU exceptions, resourcing related matters, driving Enterprise and Divisional finance initiatives.
