We are a Venture Capital firm, shaping the future of commerce.

SPRING invests both in (i) tech enablers, B2B companies providing innovative solutions to (e)retailers and brands (PoS management, in-store analytics, adtech, omnichanel solutions, Payment, CRM, HR, Logistics,...) and (ii) new model of distribution (social-commerce, DNVB, ONVB, marketplaces...).

SPRING investment approach relies on strong relationships with 50+ European (E-)Retailers in order to help sales development of our portfolio.

SPRING also provides capital and support with a dedicated operational team working with portoflio on sales, communication, HR and internationalisation of their activites.
