Founded in France, Splenday has now landed its foot in Malaysia in 2017, and is here to change the game of the job searching industry.
On the job platforms that you already know, resumes and the job boards themselves play an important role in your job search. However, most of them also minimize the interaction between candidates and recruiters, which causes a lot of information to be lost during the communication. Eventually, job interviews that are successfully conducted fails because you are not meeting what you expect to meet.
At Splenday, we want to solve this problem. We have developed a social platform to help recruiters and candidates get noticed by one another, by more interaction, resulting in a better job matching experience.
