Spiral Ventures Pte. Ltd. ("SV"​) is Japanese venture capital fund headquartered in Singapore. SV has been focusing on early-stage and tech startup investment in Southeast Asia since 2013 and subsequently expanded into India and Japan. SV has over 60 portfolio companies across 3 areas in various sectors today.

IMJ Investment Partners, the predecessor of our company, was established in Japan in 2012 as a venture capital subsidiary conducting independent investment activities under the umbrella of IMJ Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "IMJ"), which operates a digital marketing business. Established. Since IMJ became a group company of Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "CCC") in 2013, we have continued to carry out independent investment activities under the umbrella of CCC Group, while moving our base to Singapore and developing funds for Southeast Asia. We have started operations. After that, we left CCC Group in 2017 and decided to make a new start as an independent venture capital company, Spiral Ventures.
