About Sleepy Bear
The team was founded by 2 enthusiastic Airbnb hosts, Feng and Rui, in 2015. Their first venture, Sleepy Bear Homes & Suites started from a 3 bedroom Airbnb at KL Sentral, returning up to RM10,000 rentals at peak season. A few months later, they started receiving requests from other owners to manage their properties for short stay rentals, having witnessed Feng and Rui’s great results, which earned them the coveted SuperHost and Airbnb Ambassador statuses from Airbnb.
In 2017, a new team, Insterior Design and Furnishing started helping property owners to style their bare units into photogenic designer homes for their tenants and guests. Owners are in awe of the outcome of their photogenic units at an affordable investment.
In 2019, the team started welcoming room rentals, mid to long term serviced tenancy and have further improved rental return for their clients with Sit Back Rental Management. Since then, Feng, Rui and the team have helped hundreds of property owners who were stuck with vacant properties or were unsatisfied with their regular rental return.
To date, the team has designed, renovated and managed hundreds of properties in Klang Valley for owners and welcomed thousands of short and medium term guests and serviced tenants from Malaysia and abroad.
