I have over 5 years’ experience in managerial roles within the hotel and restaurant sectors.

In my role as a Restaurant Manager, I have covered the full range of duties, from dealing with client-facing issues to budgeting, inventory, marketing, recruiting, and training: I have trained the entire FOH & BOH staff.

My approach is to be an efficient, enthusiastic, and strong leader with a keen eye for excellence, a high level of standards, a strong work ethic, and leadership skills.

I am able to maintain a positive attitude and calm disposition, even under pressure.
