I have over 5 years’ experience in managerial roles within the hotel and restaurant sectors.
In my role as a Restaurant Manager, I have covered the full range of duties, from dealing with client-facing issues to budgeting, inventory, marketing, recruiting, and training: I have trained the entire FOH & BOH staff.
