Raman Kaushik

Experienced Citrix Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software/support industry. Skilled in Network Administration, Engineering, Netscaler, NetScaler Gateway, Application firewall and SDWAN.

I provide more advanced support to customers and a next level of support.
I manage the escalated high priority and critical cases.

My Job involved working on cases that involves deep extent Load Balancing TCP and UDP protocols, GSLB, Layer 7 rewrite and responder modules (for HTTP header and HTML/XML body), L7 Compression and Caching, SSL Certificates and PKI, Authentication, XenApp/XenDesktop environments, NetScaler Gateway VPN.

This has resulted in a very strong knowledge of the entire OSI model from Layer 2 and packet routing through to TCP flow and up to DNS, HTTP and SSL protocols.
The troubleshooting tools commonly used are Wireshark, Fiddler, SAML Tracer etc.

I also support CloudBridge/SDWAN that enables enterprises to software-define their WANs by combining the intelligence of WAN virtualization. With CloudBridge SD-WAN, enterprises can ensure application availability while reducing delivery costs.
