We Are Fetching
Fetching is the free app that lets parents share the school run with their trusted friends. It is the only childcare solution with a fully integrated schools platform.
Childcare is a fragmented industry relying on paid individuals, the cost of which is preventing many parents from working. By bringing the sharing economy to childcare, our globally enabled app is the highly scalable and highly profitable solution.
Our peer-to-peer childcare app, enables parents to share childcare with their network of trusted friends and family. By caring for a friend’s child as well as their own, users earn credits that they can use when they need their own looking after.
With the school week an average of 9 hours shorter than the working week, our immediate focus is the school run and our integrated schools platform keeps teachers fully informed. Real time updates with a photo and contact details of the fetcher will also reduce late pick ups, as parents can raise a fetch request at very short notice.
Fetching’s £10 or £20 subscriptions allow parents to access childcare on weeks when they need to use more credits than they earn - but this is just the start. Expansion over our schools platform and integration with other children’s services provide us with multiple revenue streams.
