Responsibilities:
1. Applying a structured framework leading the change management activities
2. Reducing risk by evaluating the impact and organizational capabilities.
3. Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
4. Additional support to the change management by training resources to the appropriate requirements.
5. Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
6. Manage the change portfolio.
7. Summarize the change activities by preparing a sheet which helps CAB team to understand and evaluate the performance related to all changes.
8. Manage and change/add the information related to configuration items (CI - servers, databases)
