About Mohd Syahril Khalid
Getting much wiser with each passing years and had vast knowledge of more than twenty (20) years worth of experience in handling (industry) after studied Interior Design course at the Malaysian Institute of Art (MIA).
Starting his career by working as Kitchen and Wardrobe Designer; he swiftly move into government agencies renovations. He was then involved in an event organizer company which work hand in hand with KINGSMEN and PICO in supplying exhibitions and thematic event booth and helped Johor Tourism to become the winner for consecutive years with their floral car design during the Floral Festival event.
With the knowledge he had gain, he rose as the head of R&D Department in a manufacturing company where they focus on supplying and installation for JKR for the most of peninsular Klinik Kesihatan (Type 1, 2 and 3) inclusive of hospitals.
His next step was moving into consultancy with RDM Interiors Sdn. Bhd.; venturing into F&B projects, Serviced Residences and Spa & Resorts. Lending his expertise to Leisure Asia Sdn. Bhd.; he had worked with various projects inclusive the Palm Jumeirah (Dubai) and also W Hotel Taiwan. Next in line was with Pentago, Winter, Proud Interiors Sdn. Bhd. (PWP) as Senior Designer.
Next on his career path was Design Manager with ACID Sdn. Bhd., he really outshine his colleague with his skills in both people management, and hands-on aspects of the industry. His hard work paid off when he was promoted to Associate. His day to day task includes overseeing the design team after the conceptual design phases and to continue with Design Development, Tender and Design Implementation until the handover process is completed.
Clients looks up to him as the lifesaver of a project, and his rapport with them always gains him another friend. With his burning passion for designing, he strive to keep himself up to date with the latest happening of the industry and always imparts both creativity and practicality in his line of work.
