As I'm having an ~13 years of experience in SAP Order fulfillment, Logistic operation, Supply chain, warehousing vendor development, new Warehouse set up etc.,

In my 1st company Jain Irrigation Initially, I was working in dispatches for customer coordination, approval batches, FIFO wise material, etc., monthly stock audit etc. for 4 warehouses , Customer audit Pan India.

After that have Join Good pack, Looking after SAP APO customer service, forecast, Inventory WH reconciliation, Customer stock quarterly verification, Order management etc.

After that have to join Allana looking after 4 location dispatches coordination logistic, customer complaint, process improvement, etc.,
Currently I'm working with VKL (Food Service India), Initially, I am handling a team of 5 members looking after material at WH location basis forecast/Norms provided by Marketing team, looking after dispatches at the warehouse, monthly stock card rectification, after that looking after SAP MM & SD core team
member to get the implementation of SAP HANA,

From last 2 years, I'm working with finance and management team for roll out of CFA at Pan India location, selection of location/prioritization/ legal issues if any, company registration policies etc, forecasted quantity required at the warehouse, Infrastructure, HSE practices to be developed as per Quality Instructions, system atomization, training, etc. needs to be done for smooth warehouse operation and trying to make the process more strengthen to get a more fruitful result,
