Lean PlanDo (LPD) framework is a Lean project management approach focusing on collective planning & commitment, real-time monitoring & collaboration and continual improvement. The core purpose of implementing LPD is to help the clients to achieve operational superiority and project performance through efficient planning, collaboration use of data, analysis, rational decision making, technology and digital practises.
Consultants and experts at Lean Station play a crucial role of facilitating, guiding and consulting our clients in their Lean & digital transformation journey. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the subject and good experience and expertise in the method, practise and our tool: Lean PlanDo. We seek experienced "agile" project management practitioners with demonstrated experience in planning and process areas, and influential, inspirational, collaborative, advisory, rational and analytical in nature. We also welcome freshers who are aspirational, detail oriented, smart, hard working with an attitude to fail-learn-improve-grow to become leaders for the future.
