1.User can post a property by herself.Site admin can control.
2.User can find by her GPS around her(nearby).
Investment Site
1.Any buyer or seller can become property investors.
-There will be two section;
A. Solo Seller or Buyer(Solo Investor)
B. Pool Investors(Group Investor)
2.Investment Section-Short Term,Mid Term,Long Term
-Idea;
#Especial Pool investment section,the website has social group like fund raiser(moderator) who is a licensed agent.He will be group moderator and dealer in the ground place with seller or buyer.
