- 5 + years managing design, construction and handover of small and large real estate projects.
- 2 + years managing events and corporate moves teams at Google.
- Deep knowledge of technology, healthcare, R&D, and hospitality sectors best practices and how to build and sustain workplaces that foster innovation and productivity at the highest level.
- Extensive experience with and Intermediate level of understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Security and BMS systems).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing dynamic multi million dollar operational and capital expense budgets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and provide timely innovative solutions.
