I like the Project Management and I feel comfortable with Agile methodologies, and my experience leading Development Teams in Agile Software Projects, primarily using the Scrum or Kanban framework, has solidified this. I believe I possess both technical and management skills to serve and guide the team towards project success. Additionally, I have patience and empathy to communicate effectively and collaborate with different stakeholders. In summary, the experience I have gained from 10 years working in Software Industry and executing various projects gives me the confidence to lead and guide the Project Team towards the defined goal.
