Our collection originates from the true birthplace of Beluga sturgeons – the Caspian Sea. Iran is also the only country in the Caspian region with an approved export quote of Farmed Beluga and Ossetra Caviar given by CITES. We are committed to doing our business in an ethically and ecologically responsible manner, by choosing partners with a proven track record in sustainable sturgeon farming.
