Joai Parnala

I am a graduate of BSBA major in Business Management in De La Salle University - Dasmariñas. Currently, I work as the Building Administration Manager of a residential/commercial building in Cavite. Previously, I worked as an assistant manager for a Grocery and Hardware & Construction Supply Shop simultaneously. I am organized, I always like to make plans with short term and long term goals. As a manager, I like to train my employees for a period of time to make sure they are well equipped to handle their assigned tasks on their own. I like to delegate work and oversee things, checking and making sure that we are being productive as well as efficient. I write poetry and short stories in my spare time in an online blog site, this helps me organize my thoughts as well as maintain a balanced emotional and mental health.
