Jacqueline Sng

Jacqueline has 13 years of real estate experience. She has handled several hundred-million dollar worth’s projects such as Oxley Bizhub (by Oxley Holdings Ltd.), Thomson Grand (by Li Kah Shing), Twin Peaks (by UOE), Space @ Kovan (by Roxy Pacific). Backed by her design background, she has conducted many trainings to agents for creative and innovative project marketing.

She is the youngest to obtain the Real Estate Agency licence at 26 years old and probably the youngest Key Executive Officer (KEO/ real estate agency licence holder) to date. She is an active member of KEO Connect, an association made up of Real Estate Agency owners in Singapore.

She has co-founded and soft launched HomeHub4U, a property technology platform. In 2017, she was also the first and only Singaporean to have competed in The Best Project of China 中国好项目 and won the best voted project.

Currently, she is also into healthcare properties.
