The Division of Supplier Diversity acts on behalf of the State of Indiana to actively promote, monitor and enforce the standards for certification of minority, women and veteran business enterprises. The division works to provide an equal opportunity to minority, women and veteran business enterprises that seek to participate in the state’s procurement and contracting process. Additionally, the division provides business development and educational resources to position minority, women and veteran business enterprises for growth and to add value to Indiana’s economy.

About WholeTree Foundation / Over-The-Rainbow WholeTree Foundation for Youth Wellness was founded in 2010 as the family foundation of Yen-Lu & Yee Ling Chow, in loving memory of their son Lawrance Chow who suffered from manic depression and ended his own life at the youthful age of 26. Our mission is to identify and catalyze worthwhile social innovation projects to effect positive transformations in the area of youth and human wellness, for the disadvantaged and underprivileged, on a global scale.  Over-The-Rainbow (OTR) is the mental wellness initiative of the WholeTree Foundation, a one-stop hub for youth mental wellness. Mental wellness is not just the absence of mental illness, but the attainment of happiness and wellbeing. Our mission is to transform mental wellness for the 21st century. We envision a world where mental illness is no longer stigmatized, and mental wellness is a top priority. We wish to empower young people on their mental wellness journey, to overcome life challenges, with an opportunity to fulfill their life potential thru the journey of self-discovery, healing and transformation.

FKA, the Flying Kiwi Angels

We are 60+ Angel investors who are passionate about helping Kiwi Startups grow and succeed in international markets.  We are active Angels which means we help founders early on with advice and connections at our ADI.Clinic sessions across nine sites in New Zealand. Our comprehensive due diligence is always constructive whether or not we invest. When we invest our FKA Champion and investor rep ensures that we stay connected so we can help with our group smarts and with follow-on rounds. We don't monetize the investment process via commission or otherwise. Our investment philosophy is to be aligned with the founders and earn our return on exit. Driven by members needs, the ILC can provide the philosophy, tools, and techniques to meet today's business challenges through members serving members, including manufacturing, service/transaction businesses, education, healthcare and government.  The ILC is a program of CIRAS-Iowa State University.
