After spending nearly a decade working in Management Consulting Firms such as Deloitte SEA and Accenture, within the domain of strategy, operation and customer experience for multimillion dollar brands, I truly believe that to be successful in business and life, it is how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them.
