At Flavorgator we are connecting consumers, foodservice operators, and suppliers to reduce food-waste, increase satisfaction, and test new products. To make these connections valuable, we developed a food personality quiz to understand consumer preferences in a quick and inexpensive way. Using that data, our platform enables foodservice operators to tailor their menu to their community’s taste to reduce food-waste, increase sales, and test new offerings from both operators and suppliers.
