Experienced investment banking associate with a demonstrated considerable experience spanning more than 4 years in corporate finance at KPMG Egypt, asset management at Alpha Capital and financial consultancy at FinCorp Investment where he produced several feasibility studies and fair value estimates and valuations for companies undergoing certain corporate actions e.g. M&A, capital increases, disposals, spin-offs…etc.

Hatem is a sound financial professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce in Cairo University and a CFA level II candidate and will be sitting for his Level II exam in June 2018.
