Through life-changing student seminars, free online courses, engaging classroom resources, and enlightening classic and contemporary online content, we teach young people the personal value of free markets, entrepreneurship, and strong character.
Goodwill has been serving individuals and families in the Southern Piedmont region of North and South Carolina for more than 50 years. Goodwill operates 25 retail stores and has more than 30 donation sites in the region. Proceeds from the sale of donated goods fund job training and employment services for individuals facing barriers to employment such as lack of skills, experience or education and criminal backgrounds. In 2018, 11,091 individuals accessed Goodwill’s resources, and Goodwill helped 2,939 individuals gain employment thanks to donations and purchases from the community.
