Think Human is an Adelaide-based consultancy specialising in supporting organisations and individuals to navigate significant transitions and strategic decision-making. Established in 2016, Think Human is driven by Melanie Lambert, and combines methodologies and experience in human-centred research and design, change management, strategy design and deliberative dialogue facilitation. This enables us to effectively deliver high quality end user and customer research and engagement as well as offer leadership, support and advice on organisational strategy and transition management processes.
