Shortlisted candidates will be under a system that rewards based on results, not seniority. The project sales ambassador system requires candidates to start from entry level. This program covers:

Corporate sales Entry Level
Client Assistance
Business Development
Team Leadership

You will be coached in each level respectively as you progress and we firmly believe that you are not able to lead unless you have done it yourself.
