I was working with contact centers or BPO for quite sometime and have strong backgrounds in CRM Tools, Billing Systems, Sales Force Management Tools, Telco Billing Systems, Siebel Systems, DOS Based or Drift Tools. Now I am starting to learn video photo editing as part of my hobby and learning Vlogging at the same time. I’m not yet an expert of video/photo editing and even on Vlogging but I’m always willing to learn new things. We only stop learning when we die.
