Experienced finance and commercial professional with more than 20 years in all areas of financial controlling, financial planning & analysis, corporate finance & fund raising, commercial & legal management, risk & project management, investor relations, strategy formulation & execution, business partnering, operational optimization & business process re-engineering, HR and Amin management. I have held senior leadership roles in Public Listed Companies, Multi-Nationals, SME’s and Start Up’s.

My specialization is in new functional set ups eg building shared service centers and creating + staffing departments, new company formulation e.g Start Up, corporate restructuring & turnarounds for optimization, high level financial analysis and business partnering.

I can also play the role of a part time CFO/Financial Advisor on an ‘on-demand’ basis for entrepreneurs and SMEs who cannot afford a permanent CFO but who requires an experienced professional to help them on an advisory basis or to help in a special project eg fund raising or IPO.
