After working on social media marketing for a short period of time, we notice there is a lack of social media analytics that provides reasonable meaningful information to help make better decisions.

Currently we provide managed services for our solutions. why? because we don't have a front end.

Why no front end? We are bootstrapping, and previously customer requirements were shifting quite a fair bit.
