Prior to practicing law, Bryan had previously owned a number of businesses and worked in different companies and corporations, thereby complementing his legal practice with strong business acumen and commercial savviness. Bryan's experience in business and commerce places him squarely in the commercial areas of law such as Company and Commercial Law, Tax, Competition/Antitrust and Securities/Capital Market. These areas are further supplemented by his deep interest in cyber and technology. Further to that, Bryan is also comfortable in Criminal Defence work, Medical Law, as well as Cyber Law.
