About
AI changed coding when it got its own environment instead of a chat window. Developers stopped typing every line and started handing off whole tasks. The phone is next, and it needs the same rebuild.
Blue is that rebuild: a phone that’s also your chief of staff. It reads every notification, text, and email for you. Then it either handles each one and leaves you an FYI, or drafts a reply and waits for your OK. Anything else is one button away: say what needs doing, and Blue gets it done in the background, using the right apps.
It knows you from day one. Switch from your iPhone and Blue brings over your apps, messages, photos, and passwords, so it already knows who matters to you, how you write, and which card to use. No logins to hand over, no context to explain.
An app can’t do this; it takes owning the phone. Blue runs our own OS on Google Pixel today, with our own hardware in development. We sold out our first batch at YC’s Alumni Demo Day in September.
The team brings complementary experience at scale: Omar Abdelaziz led Google Assistant’s transition to LLMs and holds one of the earliest patents in LLM-based computer control; Peter Krogh spent decades designing voice-first dialog systems and before Blue was a design lead at Google DeepMind building actions for Gemini Live; Muhammad Farhan Hossain helped ship Apple Vision Pro, is named on dozens of hardware and systems patents, and has led products from prototype to mass production.
We’ve built systems used by billions. Now we’re building the phone that comes next.
