About BACD
The Business Advisory Centre Durham (BACD) is a not for profit organization, incorporated in 1999 and centrally located in the Town of Whitby. We are one of 54 SBEC’s (Small Business Enterprise Centres) funded in partnership by the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade and the Regional Municipality of Durham. To date, we have served over 13,000 clients who have created over 2000 businesses in Durham Region. We are the go-to resource if you are thinking of starting and growing a business.
